Stefan Spiric is a Structural Design Engineer with a background that uniquely blends mechanical engineering, aerospace precision, and real estate development. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Florida State University, where his research in advanced materials introduced him to the complexities of structural performance. He then began his career in aerospace, designing repairs for F/A-18 aircraft structural components, where he gained valuable technical experience in structural systems. During this period, Stefan also began investing in real estate, and through this work he discovered his passion for shaping the built environment. That passion ultimately guided his transition into structural engineering, where he now unites technical expertise with a developer’s vision, focusing on the creation of durable, efficient, and impactful structures that serve both immediate needs and long-term community value.
